The coach uses AI, which can make mistakes, including in marking, dates and exam details. We don't promise any grade or result. Confirm exam entries, dates and admissions requirements with the school, college or exam board. ChatGPT's own terms apply to its use, including its minimum age and parental permission rules.
When you buy, Stripe processes your payment and we receive your name, email address and purchase details. We use these to deliver the product, handle refunds and support, and ask for feedback on your purchase. We keep them for as long as we need them for those purposes and for tax records. We don't sell them.
We don't receive anything your teenager enters into ChatGPT. That goes to OpenAI, under OpenAI's terms and privacy policy.
If you accept cookies, Meta's pixel measures whether our ads work. It stays off unless you accept. You have rights to access, correct and delete your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email us to use them.
